Job summary

STAT Home Health is seeking Part-Time and PRN Occupational Therapists to join our patient care team in Fayetteville, AR. You will provide skilled occupational therapy services at patients’ homes and assist in plan-of-care development.

Requirements include Arkansas licensure and AOTA registration, at least one year of OT experience, CPR certification, and strong time-management and patient-service orientation. ESOP and competitive pay are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed by the state of Arkansas and registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Have at least one year of experience as OT.
• CPR certification.
• Patient service-oriented and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician in evaluating the patient’s functional status and occupational therapy needs, and assist in the development of the plan of care
• Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing occupational therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other health care team members
• Provide skilled Occupational Therapy at patients homes
• Prepare written summary to the physician at least every two months/sixty days
• Set rehab goals for patients
• Guide the patient in the use of therapeutic, creative and self-care activities for the purpose of improving function.
