- Total Compensation: $38-$56/hour, with a package encompassing both an hourly base and bi-weekly rewards from client engagement and caseload.

We are looking for proficient Occupational Therapists who excel in:
- Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.
- Providing individualized therapy sessions with a personal touch.
- Offering guidance, training, and support to staff and parents on occupational therapy matters.
- Contributing to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborating effectively with diverse teams to ensure consistent interventions.
- Providing mentorship and supervision to occupational therapy students.
Responsibilities for the first 30 days include:
- Orientation: Introduction to organizational culture, values, policies, administrative tasks, and our mission.
- Learn and Grow Culture: Skill development and practice with tools, software, and evidence-based practices.
- Training Sessions: Overview, discussion, and clinical coaching for current clients and interventions.
- Case Reviews: Introduction and regular check-ins with interdisciplinary teams.
- Team Integration: Observing client sessions and mentoring Occupational Therapists for practical insights.
- Shadowing & Observation: Initial feedback sessions with supervisors on integration and performance.
- Feedback & Evaluation: Access to materials, research, and in-house tools.
- Resource Familiarization: A warm welcome to a collaborative team and mission-driven culture.
- Center Culture: Handling caseloads, assessments, family guidance, and intervention plans.
- Client Interaction: Introduction to a dynamic and supportive team.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current licensed Occupational Therapist and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association and licensed in applicable state.
