Job Summary

We are looking for a results driven OT to provide therapeutic and holistic care in an inpatient hospital setting. Experienced OT’s and new graduates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services and evaluations to patients.
• Provide occupational therapy techniques including P/ROM, joint mobilization, massage, myofascial release, desensitization techniques, and dressing changes.
• Achieve patient care time targets, with a general target of 75%+ minimum individual patient care time (unadjusted) in the outpatient setting.
• Keep accurate, detailed documentation with efficiency while providing feedback to the patient for continuous health improvements.
• Deliver care as broadly specified within applicable state practice act.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• The required state licensure, certification, and registration in good standing, or the ability to obtain the required state licensure.
• CPR/AED/BLS (basic life support) certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s).
• The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the entire assigned shift.
• A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication.
• The ability to work independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision.
• Be able to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office applications.
