Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. You will assess functional abilities, craft evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver interventions that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Assess functional abilities of seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings.
