Job summary

Cheyenne Mountain School District 12 is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our district in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on supporting students' functional abilities in development and daily living activities within schools.

The position is full-time (1.0 FTE, 7.5 hours per day) with a salary range of $52,300 to $78,918 plus stipends for advanced credentials and comprehensive benefits. Starting date is January 4, 2027.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related program.
• Valid Special Service License from Colorado Department of Education.
• Maintains licensure through the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and the Colorado Department of Education (CDE).
• Maintains licensure through the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
• Eligible to obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
• Maintains First Aid/CPR certification, if requested by the District.
• Maintains Crisis Prevention & Intervention (CPI) certification, if requested by the District.
• Criminal background check required for hire.
