Qualifications

• Expertise in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and treatment methodologies.
• Foundational knowledge in Medicine as it relates to injury prevention, recovery, and individualized care.
• Strong Communication skills for patient interaction, education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience or interest in working with Pediatrics and/or senior care populations.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Passion for improving patient quality of life and promoting independence.
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a community-based setting.

Role Description

This is a part-time to potential full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Clearwater, FL. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans to support residents in improving their daily living skills and overall well-being. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing rehabilitation strategies, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing patient and family education to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes.
