Job summary

Intergro Rehab Services is seeking Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapy Assistants, and Speech-Language Pathologists to work in post-acute care settings across California. Job Overview

Intergro Rehab Services, a therapist-owned company providing rehab services in California, is hiring PTs, OTs, PTAs, OTAs, and SLPs to provide treatment for residents in post‑acute care settings across California. Full‑time and per‑diem opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

Provides, directs and supervises all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation to achieve the best outcome for the patient.

  • Directs and supervises assistants, rehab aides and students as applicable.
  • Follows organizational and facility safety procedures.
  • Develops treatment plans and provides treatment consistent with benefit and reimbursement levels.
  • Completes documentation (evaluations, daily progress notes, summaries, monthly reports).
  • Ensures compliance with Physical Therapy code of ethics and California PT practice guidelines.
  • Educates staff, other health care professionals and payers on benefits and functional outcomes.
  • Participates in care plan meetings, rehab meetings and family training.
  • Attends continuing education seminars/workshops and provides in‑service training to the team.
  • Maintains state licensure, certification and credentialing.
  • Submits billing, payroll and expense documentation timely.
  • Makes appropriate referrals to rehab team members.
  • Conforms to all safety rules and uses safety equipment.
  • Performs duties assigned by supervisor or management.
Typical Working Conditions

The role may expose the therapist to blood, body fluids, burns, infectious diseases, airborne contaminants, hazardous chemicals, and Hepatitis B. The therapist must follow safety policies and Health Department regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (minimum). Master’s degree preferred.
  • State licensure or certification as required. CPR certification required.
  • One year Physical Therapy experience preferred; 1–2 years in residential/assisted living or skilled nursing preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Move intermittently throughout the workday.
  • Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Sit and walk for extended periods.
  • Travel by car or plane as needed.
  • Bend, squat, push, stoop and pull as required.
  • Meet general health requirements, including a physical examination.
