Communication Clubhouse in the Chicagoland area is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our North Mayfair clinic on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. We deliver play-based pediatric therapy and emphasize clinical collaboration and positive culture.

The role involves individual and group therapy, documentation, family education, and collaboration with PTs, SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs, and LCSWs.

Formación

• Licensed OT with active IL license.
• Pediatric OT experience or experience with children in clinical setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group therapy services for clients.
• Complete all required documentation for clients.
• Collaborate with Clubhouse colleagues to discuss progress and recommendations.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and document, analyze, and interpret results.
• Provide family education and training.
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs, and LCSWs to help clients reach goals.
• Participate in mentorship network as mentee or mentor.

The Position:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled OT to start with part-time hours, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role at our North Mayfair clinic. This is an ideal opportunity to join a practice with over 20 years of history delivering critical, play-based therapy to clients in the Chicagoland area. This position is perfect for individuals looking for flexibility with the potential for increased hours and responsibilities over time. Once the role expands to full-time hours, a comprehensive benefits package will be available, including:

Hourly rate will initially reflect part-time status and will be adjusted to align with full-time expectations as hours and responsibilities grow.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy
• Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience or other experience working with children in a clinical capacity
