Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a school-based role in Chesterfield, SC. You will work in-person with students to support function and participation at school, with a 37.5–40 hour/week schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.

We offer competitive pay up to $55/hour, W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits and a 401(k) with company match, along with licensure/CEU reimbursements and mileage between sites.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in South Carolina or eligible to obtain SC licensure.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based evaluations, direct treatment, and progress monitoring for pediatric caseload.
• Write and maintain IEPs, therapy plans, progress notes, and required documentation.
• Attend and contribute to IEP and multidisciplinary special education team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success.
