What You'll Do:
- Provides Occupational Therapy services, including resident screenings, treatment planning, and implementation.
- Develops and coordinates individualized resident schedules and therapy programs in collaboration with the care team.
- Documents treatment outcomes and demonstrates sound judgment in therapy planning and follow‑up.
- Adheres to infection control, safety standards, and other assigned job duties.
What You'll Need:
- Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution. (required)
- Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist licensure. (required)
- Ability to safely lift, move, and assist residents, exerting 20–50 pounds occasionally, 10–20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly. (required)
- Physical capability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, reach, balance, and perform medium to maximum transfer assists. (required)
- Proficient use of hands for manipulating tools, equipment, and controls. (required)
- Adequate visual and hearing acuity to assess resident safety and functional abilities. (required)
- Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English. (required)
