Our Approach to Therapy

At Therapy Matters, we believe therapy is strongest when clinicians communicate, collaborate, and support one another.

Our approach is:

In this role, your expertise can reach beyond an individual evaluation. Through comprehensive assessments, thoughtful plans of care, and strong COTA supervision, you'll help establish the clinical foundation for quality therapy and support other clinicians in helping children achieve meaningful functional goals.

Why Therapy Matters Exists

Therapy Matters isn't just a clinic. It's a legacy built on compassion, resilience, and purpose.

Our story began with Kylee, an Occupational Therapist whose heart was rooted in helping children with special needs, especially those in underserved communities.

She believed that every child deserves the opportunity to grow, connect, and be seen for who they are.

When Kylee passed away in 2012, her husband made the decision to continue the work she had started, carrying her mission forward.

Since then, Therapy Matters has continued to grow while remaining connected to that purpose: creating an environment where children can thrive, families feel heard, and clinicians feel supported and valued.

We continue to honor Kylee's spirit through the care we provide, the culture we create, and the people we welcome to our team.

If you're looking for more than just your next position and want to use your expertise to evaluate children, mentor clinicians, and strengthen the quality of care families receive, we'd love to meet you.

Ready to use your clinical expertise in a role where evaluation, mentorship, and leadership matter?
