Job summary

Cole Health is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our San Marcos and Schertz clinics in Texas. You will deliver pediatric OT services, assess needs, and support families while benefiting from mentorship and growth opportunities in a flexible, team-focused environment.

We offer a generous salary range, sign-on bonus and loan repayment assistance, and a schedule that starts around 30–35 hours with potential to expand to 40 hours as caseload grows.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
• 1+ year pediatric experience preferred.
• Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy to children.
• Split time between San Marcos and Schertz clinics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient care.
• Participate in mentorship and professional development.
• Manage caseload with flexible scheduling.

Competitive Compensation

OTR $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and 40 hour work week

COTA $59,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience and 40 hour work week

Paid based on clock-in/clock-out

Flexible models may include additional pay-per-visit options if desired
