Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide home health services, evaluating daily living activities and fine motor skills in patients at their homes. You will design and carry out individualized treatment plans in partnership with the care team, ensuring care complies with state laws and uses evidence-based methods.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments.
• Preferred: ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
