Job summary

MEP Health in Florida is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home care. You will assess functional status, daily activities, fine motor skills, and home environments, then create and implement treatment plans in coordination with the medical team.

You will monitor progress, document changes, and report to supervisors and physicians, while conducting functional assessments and using evidence-based techniques.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the practice state.
• CPR certification and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments regardless of client background.
• Strong multitasking, independent working, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
