Job summary

Mercy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist at our South County Medical Building. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.

You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation teams, document progress, and educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in acute or rehabilitation settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and rehab teams to coordinate care.
• Document progress and outcomes over the course of therapy.
