Job summary

CommonSpirit Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide essential in-home OT services under physician orders. You will evaluate home safety, assess functional needs, and implement tailored treatment to promote independence.

You will develop, plan, and implement individualized OT treatment procedures, demonstrating strong assessment, planning, and implementation skills for in-home care. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited OT program.
• CA license within 6 months.
• CPR certification (Basic Life Support).

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Occupational Therapist, you will provide essential in-home occupational therapy services under physician's orders. Your role involves evaluating home safety, assessing functional needs, and implementing tailored treatment to promote independence.

Every day you will evaluate home safety, assess functional needs of physically disabled patients, then develop, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment procedures.

To be successful, you will demonstrate strong assessment, treatment planning, and implementation skills for in-home care. Excellent communication for patient education and a commitment to promoting independence and safety are essential.

We are offering a $2,000 sign on bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Job Requirements

Required

• Completed an accredited school of Occupational Therapy and Previous experience as a OccupationalTherapist or Occupational Therapist student/ intern.
• Occupational Therapist: CA, within 6 - months
• Basic Life Support - CPR
