Carolina Pediatric Therapy is looking for a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our Brevard, NC clinic. You will work with a collaborative team focused on pediatric care, multidisciplinary mentorship, and flexible settings including clinics, schools, and telehealth.

As part of the Home Clinic model, you’ll have a dedicated space and resources to thrive, with a strong emphasis on planning, documentation, and professional growth within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina.
• 1+ years pediatric experience preferred.
• Value collaboration and child- and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children with developmental, sensory, and motor needs.
• Use evidence-based interventions to aid participation in play, learning, self-care, and daily activities.

The Role

As an Occupational Therapist with Carolina Pediatric Therapy, you’ll evaluate and treat children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, and motor-based needs.

Through engaging, evidence-based interventions, you’ll help children participate more fully in everyday life - from play and learning to self-care, sensory processing, and motor development.

You’ll do it as part of an interdisciplinary team that shares ideas, solves problems together, and supports one another.
