Job summary

Boulder Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Colorado. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits, with an emphasis on high-quality, resident-centered care.

You will work within an inter-disciplinary team to support the daily needs and goals of our senior residents. The successful candidate will hold a CO OT license and have exposure to post-acute or skilled nursing settings.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered CO Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Ability to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with care staff to support resident goals.
