What You’ll Do
- Deliver personalized, hands-on therapy care to clients in their homes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and design tailored treatment plans to improve clients’ quality of life.
- Educate clients and caregivers on disease management, adaptive techniques, and home safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Re-evaluate and adjust care plans to meet evolving client needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (state licensure required).
- Experience: 1+ years in home health, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work autonomously.
- Tech-savvy with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., experience with [specific software]).
- Compassionate communicator with a knack for building trust with clients and families.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally to serve clients in the following areas (mileage reimbursement provided).
