No Limits Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our in-person team in Bentonville, AR. Compensation ranges from $45–$62 per hour, with mentorship and a supportive growth-focused culture.

You will evaluate and treat children using play-based, neuro-affirming approaches, and design individualized plans that empower families. The role offers onboarding, ongoing development, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and a current state license.
• Strong pediatric clinical skills preferred.
• Experience with sensory integration or feeding therapy a plus.
