Live Well Homecare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitation services in community settings, focusing on brain and spinal cord injuries and complex cases.

You will evaluate clients, design and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with families and healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes. Strong communication and reliability are essential in this role, with a commitment to quality care and patient progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and one year of human services experience.
• Licensed OT/L in Arkansas and member of AOTA.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance.

• Re-evaluate progress, adjust programs, and manage caseloads.
• Create home exercise programs and conduct home evaluations.
