Job summary

Van Matre Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute in Beloit, WI is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a compassionate rehabilitation team. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered therapy to foster independence and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct Occupational Therapy to patients and assess needs.

• Supervise care plans and coordinate with the care team.
