Van Matre Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute in Kirkland, IL is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. You will deliver direct patient care and work within a supportive, collaborative environment that emphasizes compassionate, personalized rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required as part of patient-care responsibilities.
• Master's Degree is preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients to support physical, mental, and emotional recovery.

Education

Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
