Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Michigan is seeking an in-home Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence and perform daily activities, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will assess patient needs, set goals, document progress, guide exercises to improve fine motor skills, recommend adaptive equipment, evaluate fall risks, and educate patients and families on care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program with an active OT license.
• At least 1 year of occupational therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of home health regulations and clinical judgment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and resourcefulness.
