Role Description This on-site Occupational Therapist role is based at KidTherapy’s clinic in Austin, TX. The Occupational Therapist will assess children’s developmental, motor, sensory, and functional abilities and create individualized treatment plans to support participation in daily activities at home, school, and in the community. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing direct pediatric occupational therapy sessions, documenting evaluations and progress notes, collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members, and educating families on strategies to support therapy goals. The Occupational Therapist will also participate in care planning, maintain regulatory and ethical standards, and contribute to a positive, child-centered clinical environment.
