Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents' functional abilities and identify barriers to independence, safety, and participation in daily activities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve or maintain performance of activities of daily living
- Provide therapeutic interventions to support functional independence, safety, and quality of life
- Assess and recommend adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and environmental modifications
- Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical findings and goals
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and functional support
- Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and resident outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and professional practice standards
- Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active OT license
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in inpatient rehab
- Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
- Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
- Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Active and unencumbered GA OT License or Compact OT License
- Government-Issued Photo ID or Passport
