Polaris Transitional and Extended Care Center – Anchorage, AK

Polaris Transitional and Extended Care Center is currently seeking Occupational Therapists to join our crew of in-house therapists in Anchorage, AK. Full-time, part-time and PRN schedules available! We value and appreciate specialty certified clinicians to provide the most up to date and evidence-based therapy interventions. As a therapy professional, you will have the freedom to create and implement additional programs to best meet the needs of your patients. Our therapy team expansion will be a strong focus, and you will receive strong orientation, training and on-going support as we grow!

Pay: $50 - $6/hr based on experience

Polaris Transitional and Extended Care are high paced facilities with both short-term and long-term care:

The extended care facility is inspired by the Green House care model, offering top-tier skilled nursing and rehabilitation services within a homely ambiance for its residents. 96 beds spread out over 8 free standing cottages each private room converges around a spacious central area, boasting an open-plan kitchen and dining space. This design prioritizes social interactions and nurtures a cozy atmosphere.

The transitional care facility is a 50-bed high tech facility with all individual rooms and a therapy gym with all the high-tech equipment and space a passionate therapist could ask for.
