Job summary

BrightStar Care of Lubbock is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home evaluations and individualized treatment plans for pediatric and adult patients. You will supervise COTAs and ensure accurate documentation while offering follow-up visits as needed.

This role emphasizes independent work with strong clinical and administrative support, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling. Prioritize meaningful patient outcomes with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license required.
• Minimum 1 year OT experience.
• Current CPR-BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.

Responsibilities
