Job summary

Rock Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide direct OT care, assess patient needs, and develop personalized treatment plans within a collaborative team environment.

You will supervise treatments, address patient concerns, and celebrate progress to promote recovery and independence in a post-acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as per state requirements.
• CPR certification.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience.
