Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide direct therapy, develop personalized treatment plans, and supervise treatments within a collaborative care team. The role focuses on supporting patients’ physical, mental, and emotional recovery through patient-centered interventions.

Applicants should hold current OT licensure, CPR certification, and preferably a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, with a Bachelor's in a related field also acceptable.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience acceptable.
