We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Occupational Therapy Aide to join our school-based therapy team from November through April.
The Occupational Therapy Aide will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, with a primary focus on supporting students within their classrooms and school environments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is interested in occupational therapy, special education, child development, rehabilitation, or a related field.
We are looking for someone who:
Position Type: Full-time
Student Services > Occupational Therapist
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience working with children preferred.
Experience in a school, childcare, special education, rehabilitation, healthcare, or similar setting is a plus.
College coursework or experience in occupational therapy, physical therapy, education, psychology, child development, exercise science, or a related field is a plus.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between schools within the district are required.
