Qualifications

The Role

We’re seeking a part-time Occupational Specialist (OTA) to join our team and help optimize both the human and operational side of Heirloom. This role focuses on improving manual workflows, fostering effective interpersonal communication, and ensuring an inclusive environment for all employees, including those who are neurodiverse.

You’ll use your occupational therapy training in a workplace context—observing how teams work, recommending adjustments to tools or processes, and helping employees build habits that improve efficiency, comfort, and collaboration.
