Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct safety training classes meeting OSHA/PERRP minimum requirements.
• Act as safety liaison with NIOSH, PERRP/OSHA and other agencies and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor and report on safety incidents; perform job safety analyses as needed.
• Inspect county facilities and assist with emergency preparedness and safety procedures.
• Assist departments with subcontractors to ensure safety compliance and documentation.
