Job summary

StaffMed Health Partners seeks a leader to drive enterprise occupational and employee health programs across Florida clinics. You will oversee immunization compliance, TB screening, exposure management, and return-to-work processes while managing regulatory documentation and vendor relationships.

Ideal candidates bring a BSN with 5+ years in healthcare and 3+ years in OH, infection control, or related operations; COHN/COHN-S preferred within 24 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing with leadership in occupational/employee health programs
• COHN or COHN-S preferred at hire and must be obtained within 24 months
• Five+ years of healthcare experience; three+ years in occupational health, infection prevention, or related healthcare operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee enterprise occupational and employee health programs
• Lead employee immunization compliance, TB screening, occupational exposure management, and return to work processes
• Manage the Bloodborne Pathogen Program and related OSHA requirements
• Coordinate communicable disease response, exposure assessments, work restrictions, and public health reporting
• Oversee Florida SHOTS administration, regulatory documentation, and OH vendor relationships
• Build compliance dashboards, audits, trend analysis, and corrective action leadership
• Partner with HR, Infection Prevention, clinical operations, and public health agencies
