Job summary

Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists for per diem, 1099 positions across Long Island, NY. This role requires worker's comp certification, a current therapist license, and BLS certification.

Responsibilities include helping patients achieve independence, applying targeted treatments, and crafting personalized care plans. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; prior imaging or testing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience.
• Therapist license and registration.
• BLS from American Heart Association.
• Worker's Comp certification.
• NPI number.
• MMR titers within 5 years.
• Malpractice insurance.
• QuantiFERON within one year.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in achieving independent living.
• Implement treatments for rapid advancement of the patient’s condition.
• Develop a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient’s condition.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand/work for extended periods.
• Additional responsibilities as required.

• Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition

• Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• Must be able to stand/work for extended periods

• Additional responsibilities as required

Pay per visit:

• $75 for 30 min

• $85 for 45 min

• $100 for 1 hour
