Job summary

Concentra is seeking an experienced NP/PA in Milpitas, CA to provide primary medical direction within our occupational health program. The role emphasizes exam- based care, diagnostic testing, and patient management in a busy clinic.

Requirements include 2+ years of NP/PA experience, MSK and suturing competency, and current CA PA licensure with HIPAA documentation proficiency. Competitive stipends and incentives accompany this full-time position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of NP/PA experience in occupational health or related setting.
• Must pass PANCE and be currently licensed as a physician assistant.
• Maintain physician assistant licensure throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and compile medical data from examinations.
• Administer or order diagnostic tests (x-ray, ECG, labs).
• Develop and implement patient management plans and continuity of care.
• Provide primary medical direction within occupational health protocols.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
