Job summary

CNS Occupational Medicine is seeking experienced physicians to join our expanding team in the Philadelphia region. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements, and provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company contribution, generous PTO, CME allowance with paid time, and full malpractice coverage.

NRCME training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Background in Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, or a related field
• Occupational Medicine board certification welcomed but not required
• NRCME certification preferred — company-sponsored training available for the right candidate
• Strong procedural skills and comfort managing acute workplace injuries
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Workplace injury evaluation and treatment
• Laceration repair and minor procedures
• Occupational eye injury management
• Musculoskeletal assessment and return-to-work planning
• DOT and non-DOT physical examinations
• OSHA surveillance examinations
• Employer-focused preventive health services
• Collaboration with employers, safety professionals, and case managers
