Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks an Occupational Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage in New Mexico. The role requires NM state medical license, BLS, DEA, and Board certification or eligibility. Typical hours are 8a-5p or 8a-6p, Monday through Friday, with potential to float to nearby locations.

Clinicians manage about 20–25 patients daily in an Urgent Care clinic setting. Credentialing time is anticipated to be 2 weeks.

Qualifications

• New Mexico state medical license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• DEA registration is required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Occupational Medicine is required.
• DOT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational medicine physician services in an urgent care setting.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p or 8a-6p; will float to area locations as needed.
• Patient load: 20-25 per day; travel and credentialing timeframe of 2 weeks.

This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician forlocum tenens support as they look to fill acurrent need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p or 8a-6p. Will float to area locations as needed.
• Patients per day: 20-25
• Practice Setting: Urgent Care Clinic
• State Licensure: New Mexico state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified or Eligible and Department of Transportation (DOT).
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
