WellTech Partners is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for its Redding, California clinic. The role offers a predictable weekday schedule (Mon–Fri, 8–5 with flexibility to 4–5 days) and a competitive compensation range of $145,000–$197,000 annually.

The team-driven clinic values collaboration with operations and onsite physical therapy. You will provide occupational health services, participate in quality care initiatives, and contribute to patient-centered outcomes.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active, unrestricted California PA or NP license.
• Current NRCME certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat occupational medicine patients in person and via telehealth.
• Assess workplace injuries and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Document accurately using Prognosis EMR.
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to maintain high standards of care.
• Communicate with employer representatives about injuries and patient status changes.
• Build relationships with employer clients and payers.
• Ensure compliance with California practice regulations and licensing.
• Coordinate care with medical assistants, front office, X-ray, and therapy staff.
• Contribute to quality improvement and efficient workflows.
