Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum tenens coverage in Greensboro, North Carolina. The role supports urgent care within a clinic setting, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and a patient volume of 20–25 per day.

Start date is ASAP with credentialing typically completed within two weeks. Required credentials include North Carolina medical licensure, BLS, board certification, DEA and DOT

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina state medical license and DEA certification are required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Board certification is required for licensure as an occupational medicine practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational medicine care in a clinic setting.
• Manage a patient load of 20–25 patients per day.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8a–5p with urgent care scope.

This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
• Patients per day: 20-25
• Practice Setting: Clinic
• Scope: Urgent Care
• State Licensure: North Carolina state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) certified.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
