• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
• Patients per day: 20-25
• Practice Setting: Urgent Care Clinic
• State Licensure: Texas state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) certified.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
