The Corvallis Clinic, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate for our Occupational Medicine department serving the mid-Willamette Valley. Join a collaborative team delivering comprehensive care with on-site imaging and labs.

Required credentials include an unrestricted OR state license and a current DEA certificate; preferred candidates have 2+ years in occupational medicine.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant required by start date.
• Unrestricted OR State Medical License required by start date.
• DEA certificate required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational medicine care to workers in the mid-Willamette Valley.
• Perform DOT physicals, screenings, ECGs, pulmonary function tests, and workers’ compensation visits.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and on-site imaging/laboratory services.
