Job summary

You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, order tests, interpret results, and manage treatment plans while documenting thoroughly in the EMR. DOT certification must be achieved within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and APRN license; board certification required.
• APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license in state of practice.
• BLS and/or ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage treatment plans appropriate for age and condition.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies; prescribe interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with health care team and refer as needed.
