Job summary

Concentra in Minnesota is seeking a Clinical Manager to provide primary medical direction and coordinate professional healthcare services in a clinical setting. You will report to the Regional Medical Director and ensure high-quality, affordable care for business, industry and patients.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. The role emphasizes leading centers, mentoring staff, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with the therapy team to implement best practice patterns while

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state where employed.
• Customarily has at least two or more years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or an emergency setting.

Responsibilities

• Spends 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care and leading by example.
• Mentors back office staff to enhance competencies and develop new ones.
• Ensures documentation in the medical record is timely and reflects appropriate assessments.
• Collaborates with the Center Therapy Director to implement best practice patterns and center growth.
• Participates in the hiring process for Center Administrators and back-office staff.
