Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to join the Occupational Medicine team in a Northeast Philadelphia setting, providing onsite occupational health services to employees. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, DOT exams, medical surveillance, and pre-placement exams with Epic EMR documentation and a supportive benefits package.

The successful candidate will hold a PA medical license with DEA registration; COHN/COHN-S and CMD

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration.
• COHN/COHN-S certification preferred.
• Commercial Driver Medical Examiner Certification required.
• 2 years of clinical Occupational Medicine experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Onsite clinic office hours Monday-Friday, no major holidays, or on-call responsibility.
• Perform work injury evaluation and treatment, DOT physicals, medical surveillance exams, pre-placement physicals, and other specialty exams and fitness for duty evaluations.
• Provision of clinical and administrative occupational health activities.
• Documentation in Epic EMR.
