Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks an Occupational Medicine provider to join the Ascend site in Alvin, TX. The role combines occupational medicine with acute care management, with hours Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

DOT certification is required and experience in occupational medicine or primary care is preferred. The provider will work with a team of 5 paramedics and see 4–10 patients daily at the Ascend site.

Qualifications

• Must have or be eligible for medical licensure in Texas.
• DOT certification required.
• Experience in Occupational Medicine/Primary care preferred.
• Willing to work at Ascend Alvin site.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health services and acute care management.
• See 4-10 patients daily.
• Collaborate with a team of 5 paramedics.
• Cover standard M-F hours 8am-5pm.
