Supervisory duties include managing Safety & Sanitation Technicians and ensuring compliance with safety standards during dust management and cleanup activities. Collaboration with Human Resources production leadership, and environmental specialists is essential to support overall EHS initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field, with 3-5 years of manufacturing or industrial safety experience. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation, and excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required. The role demands the ability to conduct thorough investigations, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions in a manufacturing environment.
