Qualifications

• BCLS certification from American Heart Association is required.
• Knowledge of nursing process: social, behavioral, biological and physical science.
• Knowledge of current health care environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments of employee-patients based on physical, psychological and cognitive status.
• Plan proper nursing interventions and document according to policy.
• Identify employee needs for wellness promotion and participate in education plans.
• Evaluate employee-patient lab data and alert staff for abnormal results.
• Participate in medical surveillance protocols including blood draws, vaccines, urine testing, TB tests, and counseling.
• Join our employee health clinics on-site as part of the team.
