Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
Current NYS RN Licensure required.
BCLS certification from American Heart Association required.
Knowledge of nursing process: social, behavioral, biological and physical science.
Knowledge of current health care environment.

Responsibilities

Assess employee-patients based on physical, psychological and cognitive status.
Identify employee needs for wellness promotion and developing education plans.
Plan proper nursing intervention and document according to PH policy.
Evaluate employee-patients lab data and alert personnel for abnormal results.
Participate in medical surveillance protocols including blood draws, vaccines, tuberculin tests and drug testing.
