Research Medical Center in the Kansas City area seeks an Employee Health Registered Nurse Coordinator to support workforce well-being, optimize attendance, and deliver clinical guidance for work-related injuries and prevention.

You will conduct pre-employment screenings, manage occupational health cases, educate staff on safety and infection prevention, and help ensure safer environments and better outcomes for colleagues.

Qualifications

• BCLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• RN license/registration required.
• RN Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Completing pre-employment and annual health screenings, immunizations, and exposure tracking.
• Assessing workplace injuries and providing first aid and clinical guidance.
• Managing occupational health cases including return-to-work planning.
• Investigating safety events, identifying trends, and guiding prevention efforts.
• Educating staff on safety practices, infection prevention, and wellness.
